Looks pretty and the animation is not distracting at all. It does use a bit of RAM somehow as well as a bit of CPU. It isn't noticeable to me though, what bothers me more is that the active tab isn't very distinguishable. Gonna need another theme unfortunately.

Simple and pretty! The twinkle animation is at the right speed to be noticeable but not distracting.
